Free US shipping. 30-day returns. Processed in 1–3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Weekend and holiday orders start the next business day. Delivery is typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Do you ship for free?
Yes. Free shipping on all orders within the United States.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return, including change of mind. Email support@rivethome.shop with your order number. Do not ship large appliances back until we send return instructions.
How long do refunds take?
After we inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. RivetHome covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us first.
