Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. There is no standard shipping charge for orders covered by this policy.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

These times are separate:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery after dispatch: 5–8 business days

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order is dispatched. It may take some time for tracking to become active with the carrier.

Large Appliance Delivery

Some products (for example refrigerators, window air conditioners, trash compactors, and other large home appliances) may need extra handling. If additional delivery coordination is required, we may contact you by phone or email. Please keep your contact information accurate.

Delivery Delays

Delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Operational disruptions
  • Other circumstances outside our control

If a delay is significant, contact customer service.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To request a correction, email support@rivethome.shop. Changes cannot be guaranteed once shipping has started.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a problem or the order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us. We will review the shipment information and assist.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your appliance after delivery. If there is damage, contact support@rivethome.shop promptly. We may request photographs of:

  • The appliance
  • Shipping packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Visible damage
  • Model or serial information where appropriate
