Customer reviews
Notes from customers about shipping, support, and the appliances they ordered.
Fridge lined up with the opening
The French-door unit sat flush in the space we framed. Packed tight, and shipping was actually free.
Window unit cooled the room overnight
Swapped the old AC last weekend. Even cool, and support answered the same day about the side panels.
Compactor fit the cabinet
Lined up with the cabinet we framed. Checkout was straightforward and the truck hit the window they gave.
Solid unit
Took a couple extra days, but the refrigerator itself is solid. Would order again for the rest of the kitchen.
Comfortable ordering a fridge online
Free shipping on a unit this size is rare. The 30-day window from delivery made the order an easy yes.
Looks like the photos
Installed last weekend. Finish matches the listing and the compressor is quieter than our old unit.
